اَلسَلامُ عَلَيْكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ Dear Shaykh Ayaz , Ramadan Kareem you and family . May Allah SWAT accept - Ameen . I really thankful to Allah SWAT to listening to your speech and it’s inspires. I do have a an issue to discuss as for the past 12 plus years working in a conventional banking . No Baraka and have put effort to leave unfortunately doesn’t happened. It has affected My faith , Prayers and relationship with my parents, Brothers and Wife . Seeking your support in providing the solution. جزاك الله خيرًا

Indeed working in any firm that indulge with RIba directly like a bank is something that does not bring the pleasure and blessings of Allah.
I know as you mentioned you'd like to quit but still haven't find a job yet.
my advice is to sincerely ask Allah to grant you another Job and to put barakah in your life.
Your humility towards Allah is needed and you need to show that you are definitely looking for another Job. Until then, keep making Tawbah to Allah and ask Allah for forgiveness and a better job that are not indulging in these kinds of Haraam transactions.
if you are in the UAE, there are some kind of Islamic Banking around where you may seek some opportunity IN SHAA ALLAH.
Make lots of du'a especially in this month of Ramadhan
