Is it right that Everyone will pass by the hell?

Asalaam aleikum warahmaturahi wabarakatu,
Sourah 19:71 - And there is none of you except he will come to it. This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed.
Is it right that Everyone will pass by the hell?

Assalaamou'alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakaatouh
The verse you mentioned is the 71st verse of Surah Maryam. If you look at the previous verses from verse 66, Allah starts to address those who disbelieve in Him.
So the verse 71 is about the disbelieve NOT the believers.
And the next verse, Allah explains it well where He says THEN WE WILL SAVE THOSE WHO FEARED ALLAH AND LEAVE THE WRONGDOERS WITHIN IT ON THEIR KNEES... 19:72
