Traveling during Ramadhan

Assalaamou’alaikoum wa rahmatullah wa barakaatouh.
Ramadhan Mubaraak!
I have question with regards to shortening the prayers, I usually travel every weekend to my dad’s place Ras al Khaimah from Dubai. Approx 115kilometers.
Do i short my prayers, what about taraweeh?
Please advise.

Wa'alaykumsalaam Wa RAhmatullah wa Barakaatouh.
From Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah, yes.. it is a travel, you may shorten and combine your prayers.
In regards to Taraweeh or shortening the prayers while you are there in a safe and resting mode, i would advise you to pray your taraweeh as you are not moving. But as a traveller, you still have a choice of praying or no. Put in mind, taraweeh is a mustahab and not compulsory.
