Question
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu sheikh,
1)After finishing reading the Qur’aan is there any specific dua to make? And sheikh should I finish the khatam ul Qur’aan while praying or is it okay to finish the last surah while not praying ?
2) and also sheikh can I do 2khatams in Ramadan or are we supposed to do only 1 ? Please guide..

Wa'alaykumsalaam Wa Rahmatullah
There are no specific Du'a to be read when you finished the Quran. Any du'a of your own is sufficient in shaa Allah
You may either finish the Quran while reciting in Salaah or outside salaah. There are no difference in reward and Allah knows best.
Of course you may complete more than one Qur'an in the month of Ramadan, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) read the Quran twice with angel Jibreel during his last Ramadan.
