Kaffara

Assalamualaikum Wa Rehmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu Sheikh. What is the kaffara if someone who has intended to make a sacrifice and they cut their hair after that? Also, here in India they have this where a big animal is sacrificed and all those who want a share from it pay for it basically they buy that share. So is the 10 day ruling of not cutting hair and nails applicable for them as well?

The answer is...

If someone cut his nails or hairs before the sacrifice, then there is no kaffarah, he just make tawbah to Allah and his sacrifice is accepted.
