Question
I live right next to a masajid and it is very convenient for me to get to the masjid but on weekdays during dhuhr, I don't get time to go to the masjid due to school classes and I cannot attend the jamaat. Is it permissible for me to miss the jamaat due to occupied timings

Assalaamou'alaikoum Wa Rahmatullah.
Definitely if you cannot join the Jama'ah in the Masjid, then you may form a Jama'ah wherever you are.
If this is not possible, then you need to pray it even if it is to be prayed alone before the time is gone.
