Wearing New Clothes in Lockdown Eid

Salaam Alaikum Shk With chaos all around and closure of Mosque ..is it okay to celebrate Eid as usual like wearing new clothes etc Ofcourse not going out Pls advise Thanks

Apology for the reply... Wearing new clothes is not a must. But of course a matter of beautification and we have reports that it is desirable.

Wearing new clothes whether it is lock-down or going out for Eid, it is a desirable act. Totally fine...
