Question
The islamic banks in dubai offer home financing.
Is it halal to take this loan?

These Islamic Banks in the UAE are Sharee'ah compliance as per our knowledge such as DIB - ADIB - EIB etc ...
I have spoken to the Ministry of Islamic affairs and they have told me they are Sharee'ah compliance but they have their own management that affirm the Sharee'ah transactions, not the ministry - therefore, i would advise you to call Awqaf of Dubai on 8002422 and ask them because they are the one who affirm their dealings.
